The lighthouse in Valdanos is the oldest lighthouse in Montenegro, built in 1886, and it is located on the Mendra peninsula at the southern entrance to the Valdanos bay, five kilometers from Ulcinj. It is one of the few remaining manned lighthouses on the Adriatic. This lighthouse is registered on all nautical charts worldwide and is considered one of the attractions near Ulcinj.
